About the founder

A CFO perspective, shaped by experience—and driven by purpose.

I am a finance professional with over 25 years of experience, including leadership roles as a CFO.

Throughout my career, I have worked at the heart of organizations—supporting strategic decisions, navigating complexity, and driving financial performance.

But over time, I came to a deeper realization:
finance is not only about numbers—it is about people, behavior, and the way decisions shape both organizations and lives.

CFO Consultant for businesses and individual

A strong foundation in finance leadership

My experience spans financial strategy, transformation, and executive decision-making in complex and international environments across Europe, Asia, and the GCC.

I have held finance leadership roles in organizations ranging from large multinationals such as Philips, Delphi, and SEB to mid-sized companies including Beaumanoir, Cenomi, and MAF, across both industrial and retail sectors.

I have led multiple finance transformation initiatives, including restructuring low-maturity functions, strengthening internal controls, optimizing treasury and cash management, and implementing automation and shared service models.

As a CFO, I have supported leadership teams in:

  • Structuring financial performance

  • Improving visibility and decision-making

  • Leading transformation and change

  • Aligning finance with long-term strategy

This includes rebuilding finance organizations from the ground up, managing liquidity crises, and leading cross-border transformations in complex environments.

This background shapes a clear, structured, and pragmatic approach to finance—combining strategic perspective with hands-on execution to enable sound decisions and sustainable value creation.

Expanding finance beyond the boardroom

Alongside my corporate experience, I developed a growing interest in how individuals relate to money.

I trained in personal finance education and became a health coach—supporting clients through meaningful personal change.

This led me to recognize that financial challenges are rarely purely technical—they are shaped by behavior, habits, and personal context.

A different way to approach finance

Today, my work brings together two dimensions:

  • the rigor and structure of CFO-level finance

  • the human understanding required for lasting change

Whether working with organizations or individuals, my goal is the same:

  • to create clarity

  • to support better decisions

Working with organizations and individuals

I support organizations through interim and fractional CFO roles—bringing clarity, structure, and strategic insight.

At the same time, I work with individuals, particularly young people and professionals, to help them build confidence and understanding in managing their finances.

Why this matters to me

I have seen how financial clarity—or the lack of it—shapes decisions, opportunities, and outcomes, both within organizations and in individual lives.

When financial situations are not clearly understood, uncertainty increases, and decisions become reactive rather than deliberate.

My role is to bring structure, clarity, and perspective—so that decisions can be made with confidence and aligned with long-term objectives.

If you are looking for a structured and thoughtful approach to finance—whether for your organization or your personal journey—I would be glad to connect.
